I woke up with a heavy heart knowing it was my last day in HK with derr. It wasn't even a day, we woke up at 8am and my flight was at 11am, just two hours left. Okay heavy heart might be a little exaggerated but you get my drift... The past 7 days was probably the fastest week of this whole semester. The thought of leaving derr, taking the plane alone and then lugging the heavy luggage all the way back to NUS was really dreadful. We went to one of the restaurants nearby to have dim sum breakfast before heading to the airport. Took last few shots before I went to the boarding gate. And so that marked the end of my 7-days 21st celebration in HK with derr. I still remember so clearly the first day I walked out of the arrival gate to meet derr, he was standing there smiling at me. Here I am now, sitting alone in my room and missing his presence so much. I don't wanna sound ridiculous because he'd only be away for another two months! But I guess I feel this way because I really enjoyed every single moment spent there with him. We slept less than six hours every night and walked around for more than 13 hours everyday, didn't even take cab at all. Almost no time was wasted cuz he had everything planned out and he knows the way around. Okay end of whining. I am happy this trip materialized and that my 21st birthday was made special. I had nothing much to worry this whole trip, except..losing our belongings. The place is great, the food is good but most of all, the companion was ideal (: I deeply appreciate everything...
