There's always a first time for everything, right?
I bet everyone has had their first time of waking up late for something.
For instance...
Meeting friends for a movie.
A breakfast/lunch.
A medical appointment.
Work.
Lectures and Tutorials.
Training.
Guess what?
I woke up late for my examination. Nah, not half an hour later than the time I planned to get up, nor half an hour after the paper has started. I got up at 9am for my 9am paper. Seriously, this is the first time ever in my life I woke up late for an examination. I don't usually oversleep. The reason why that happened earlier in the morning was because..my phone died on me. Seriously Mr. Samsung, fancy dying on me on the day of my examination?! Okay, at least I didn't wake up half an hour after the paper has started. But still, it was madness I...okay I'm not supposed to swear but yeah you get what I mean...darn Mr. Samsung. It surely was one of the worst feelings ever, it's like waking up knowing you missed your only chance of flying to..Finland or something. Alright, doesn't make much sense. Worse, I was confident of getting an A grade for this module! My only chance of getting another A grade in my entire course in NUS! I didn't manage to finish the paper in the end, goodness me... Well, but I really still thank God that at least I got up..because I'd have just slept all the way since I've been losing sleep; I tossed and turned on my bed for at least three hours last night. I got up at 9am on the dot. It was as if I could hear in my sleep when the invigilator announced "You may start writing now" at the examination venue and then I jumped out of bed.
Oh well, I'm not bothered anymore because after today, it means I only have one last paper! (:
